Every building is constructed to stand up to East Tennessee weather. Here's what goes into every shed we sell.
Pressure-treated 4×6 runners with 16" on-center floor joists. Covered in 3/4" tongue-and-groove treated plywood — built to hold the load without flexing.
2×4 stud walls set 16" on center give you a solid framework that can be insulated, drywalled, or finished out down the road if your needs change.
Engineered roof trusses or hand-cut rafters depending on the style, sheathed in 7/16" OSB and topped with your choice of metal or shingle roofing.
LP SmartSide engineered wood siding resists moisture, rot, and impact better than standard wood. Factory primed and field-painted to your color selection.
