Customer-Supplied Blocks
To ensure your building is properly leveled, we ask that you provide the necessary concrete blocks. For instance, a 10x16 building typically requires around 18 blocks. We’ll guide you on the recommended number of blocks for your specific structure when you place your order.
Leveling Procedure
Our professional team handles leveling with precision. We begin by identifying the highest corner of your property and placing a cap block there. From this point, we level the rest of the structure, ensuring no more than 8 feet between contact points. This careful process guarantees that your building is stable, secure, and ready to serve your needs.
Building Elevation
If your site requires the building to be raised more than 24 inches off the ground, a signed waiver will be needed.
