These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Athens Barn Center website and your purchase of buildings, structures, and related products and services from Athens Barn Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photos are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual building. In-stock units are sold as shown.
• Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax unless a valid exemption applies. Rent-to-own and financing figures are estimates until finalized in a written agreement.
• We make every effort to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to confirm the final price before an order is completed.
• Inventory changes constantly. A building shown as available may sell before your order is confirmed; we will contact you if the unit you selected is no longer available.

Orders, Deposits & Payment

• Placing an order online submits a request to reserve a building. Your order is not final until we confirm it with you by phone and, where applicable, a written agreement is signed.
• For cash purchases, a deposit may be collected at checkout; the remaining balance is due as described at the time of purchase. Payment methods and any card-processing fees will be disclosed before you pay.
• For rent-to-own and financing purchases, see the Payment Disclosures page for the full terms, and refer to your signed agreement, which controls.
• Nothing is charged beyond any stated deposit until your order and delivery are confirmed.

Delivery & Setup

• Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to site accessibility, weather, ground conditions, and scheduling. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared, including any required blocks or leveling materials near the install location, and for adequate clearance for delivery equipment.
• You are responsible for checking permits, codes, setbacks, HOA rules, deed restrictions, and any other site requirements before delivery.
• Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, difficult access, additional setup requirements, or failed deliveries caused by site-access issues.

Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations may be subject to charges as described at the time of purchase or in your signed agreement. Custom-ordered buildings and certain revisions may be non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Warranties

Buildings are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, subject to that manufacturer’s terms and limitations. Except as expressly provided in a manufacturer warranty or written agreement, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use of This Website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
• Website content — including text, logos, and images — is owned by Athens Barn Center or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• This website may contain links to third-party sites (such as financing partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athens Barn Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase or use of our products, except as required by applicable law or provided in a written agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be subject to the venue, arbitration, and other provisions set forth in your signed agreement where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
