Warranty & claims
Every building we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Portable buildings from Backyard Outfitters — wood-sided and metal-sided sheds, cabins, utility and lofted barns, garages and more — are built at the factory and delivered whole to your lot or address. All-steel buildings from Eagle Carports are erected and installed on your prepared level pad (dirt, gravel or concrete). Wood & metal shed warranty
5-Year “Fix It All” building warranty
Structural defects in materials or workmanship are repaired at no cost to you (normal wear and tear excluded).
Pressure-treated wood — limited lifetime
The treated skids and floor system carry a limited lifetime warranty against termites and fungal decay through the treating company.
LP® SmartSide® painted siding — 5/50 year
The siding manufacturer warrants the panel and finish (5 years full, 50 years limited).
Not covered
Interior alterations, misuse or neglect, weather, theft or vandalism, contents, cosmetic imperfections, lost keys, and foundation settling. Report cosmetic, window or lock issues within 7 days of delivery.
STEEL · EAGLE CARPORTS
All-steel building warranty
20-year painted sheet metal warranty
Covers peeling, cracking, blistering, flaking, splitting or delamination of painted panels, with normal care (rinse clean roughly every six months).
90-day workmanship warranty
Covers the assembly and installation of your building.
Vertical roof for full coverage
On buildings longer than about 36 feet, a vertical roof is required to keep the 20-year paint warranty; regular and boxed-eave roofs on those larger buildings carry a 30-day workmanship warranty only.
What voids it
Alterations by anyone not approved by the manufacturer void all warranties, and weather-related damage isn't covered.

Tell us what's going on and our team will review it — typically within 2–4 weeks. Have your serial number handy (it's usually above the door).
