A lofted barn carries a full-width storage loft above the main floor under the barn-style gambrel roof. It is the most storage per dollar we sell, because the loft is space you would otherwise lose to the roof. This one is finished in Hardware walls, Barn White trim and a Charcoal roof.
This is the size most people land on for a first shed: a riding mower plus wall storage, or a full set of yard tools with room to walk around them.
Delivery and setup are included free within 50 miles of our Athens lot, and the building arrives whole — no assembly, no kit, no contractor. Our crew levels it on site using roughly 12 concrete blocks; no pad or foundation is required, just ground that is reasonably level and reachable by a truck and trailer.
