This 10x16 Lofted Barn gives you 160 square feet of floor. It is a new Backyard Outfitters building, built and standing on our lot rather than ordered and waited on. You can walk through it today at our Athens lot — ask for stock #10765.

A lofted barn carries a full-width storage loft above the main floor under the barn-style gambrel roof. It is the most storage per dollar we sell, because the loft is space you would otherwise lose to the roof. This one is finished in Crewel Tan walls, Eaglet Beige trim and a Charcoal roof.

There is enough floor here for a riding mower and a workbench together, or a serious storage clear-out — the contents of a two-car garage, with space left to reach the back.

Delivery and setup are included free within 50 miles of our Athens lot, and the building arrives whole — no assembly, no kit, no contractor. Our crew levels it on site with 18 customer-supplied blocks; no pad or foundation is required, just ground that is reasonably level and reachable by a truck and trailer.
