A side lofted barn puts the door on the long wall and keeps the overhead loft — so you get the storage shelf above plus a wider opening to move things through. This one is finished in Gauntlet Gray walls, Barn White trim and a Black roof.

There is enough floor here for a riding mower and a workbench together, or a serious storage clear-out — the contents of a two-car garage, with space left to reach the back.

Delivery and setup are included free within 50 miles of our Athens lot, and the building arrives whole — no assembly, no kit, no contractor. Our crew levels it on site with 18 customer-supplied blocks; no pad or foundation is required, just ground that is reasonably level and reachable by a truck and trailer.
