A playhouse is scaled and finished for kids: windows at the right height, a door they can work themselves, and the same construction as our storage buildings so it lasts. This one is finished in Black walls, Barn White trim and a Galvalume / Silver roof.
Being a playhouse, the floor area matters less than the layout — it is built for kids to use on their own, and it converts to storage later when they have outgrown it.
Delivery and setup are included free within 50 miles of our Athens lot, and the building arrives whole — no assembly, no kit, no contractor. Our crew levels it on site using roughly 84 concrete blocks; no pad or foundation is required, just ground that is reasonably level and reachable by a truck and trailer.
